At its meeting of 4/5 December 2024, the ETH Board reached a decision in principle on the organisational development project “FIT for the Future” and issued mandates for its continued implementation. The aim is to further strengthen cooperation within the ETH Domain and to equip it to address new challenges even more swiftly. It also thanked EPFL President Martin Vetterli, who is handing over the presidency to Anna Fontcuberta i Morral at the end of the year, after eight years of service. Furthermore, the ETH Board resolved to triple tuition fees for foreign students who move to Switzerland to study.
