On 12 December, Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER), received China’s Vice Minister of Education Wang Guangyan in Bern for a bilateral exchange on higher education and vocational and professional education and training.
