In its search for the best tourism villages in the world, the UN World Tourism Or-ganization, UN Tourism, has once again found what it is looking for in Switzer-land. On 14 November 2024, the two Swiss villages Romoos and Splügen were designated Best Tourism Villages. This means that Swiss tourism can now boast a total of nine villages with this label.
